Does Menomin Treasures Dropship?
Yes! We have a wonderful dropshipping program, and will ship under your name, so your customers don't know the orders didn't come from us!
Do you have catalogs?
Yes, we send one catalog per order for free to you. We don't do it for your customers, you will have to purchase separately.
Do I have to purchase a minimum amount before my order ships?
No! This is what makes Menomin Treasures so unique from other businesses!
Does Menomin Treasures ship internationally?
Yes!
Can I purchase from Menomin Treasures for fundraising?
Yes! We don't usually turn away anyone who wants to sell our products.
Purchasing From Menomin Treasures
Do I have to open an account to purchase?
No, you can checkout without becoming a member, however if you'd like to sign up click the Register tab at the top of the page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following:
- PayPal - including credit cards (even if you don't have a PayPal account) American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover
- Google Checkout
- Money Orders (USA only!)
- Cashier Checks (USA only!)
- Personal Checks (USA only! There is a 10 day hold on checks, if checks are returned there is a $30 fee)
Do you allow orders to be placed over the phone or fax?
No, we cannot take orders over the phone at this time and do not accept fax orders.
Can I add a logo to any product?
No, we don't do imprinting on products.
Shipping Information
What shipping methods do you use?
We use UPS for most of our products, but we also ship via USPS to around the world. If USPS shipping is too expensive to ship heavier orders within the United States, we will use Fed Ex. We also use Canada Post to ship within Canada. For rush deliveries we use DHL.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated by weight of your total order.
When will my order ship?
We ship within 24-48 hours of cleared payment. Tracking will be available when your order ships.
When will my order arrive?
You can expect your order to arrive within 3-10 business days and 3-5 days under rush options via DHL. Orders outside USA and Canada can expect their orders to arrive within 30 days.
How can I track purchases?
You can log-in to your account to track purchases. We also put tracking information on Google and PayPal orders.
Where is Menomin Treasures warehouse located?
We have 5 actually. We have one in California, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Florida and in Ontario Canada.
Can I pick up my merchandise?
Sorry, we do not allow pick ups at this time.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide!
Returns & Damages
What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from date of purchase.
- Merchandise is not returnable for credit or exchange without permission from our office prior to actual return.
- Undamaged merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer is responsible for the return freight charge.
- All damages and defects must be notified to us within 10 days of the delivery date. Any claims made after the 10th day will not be considered as a legitimate claim.
I received a damged item, now what?
Please contact us and we will promptly issue a replacement or refund at your discretion.
I need to return an item, how do I do this?
Use our contact form. Please include your order number and which items you would like to return. A customer representative will email you with your RMA form so you an return the merchandise. We do not accept returns without this form.

Our offices are located in Wisconsin, while we warehouse in California, Canada, North Dakota, Florida and Wisconsin.
How long has Menomin Treasures been in business?
We have been selling for over 14 years. We have been selling online for more than 6 years.
Does Menomin Treasures have local stores?
No, we are an internet based company, although we would like to be able to open up a local store.

I need a large quantity of items. Can Menomin Treasures supply them?
We normally stock one to two thousand of each item at our store.
Is your web site secure?
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. You can rest assure that your personal information is safe and it will not be used for any other purpose. For your convenience we offer offline payment methods such as check/money order. These options are available at checkout.
Is my information safe?
Your personal details will remain private and confidential. We will never sell, rent, barter or share your personal details in any way with any other company. All data collected is for our internal use only.
